Today in 1992, Helen Kimble is murdered in her home, leading to her husband, Dr. Richard Kimble, being falsely accused of the crime and becoming The Fugitive.

Synopsis

The Fugitive is a 1993 thriller, directed by Andrew Davis. The story revolves around Dr. Richard Kimble (played by Harrison Ford), a respected vascular surgeon who is wrongfully convicted of murdering his wife. After surviving a harrowing bus accident while being transported to prison, Kimble escapes and goes on the run to find the real killer.

Deputy U.S. Marshal Sam Gerard (portrayed by Tommy Lee Jones) leads the pursuit to recapture Kimble. Review

An excellent 90's action-thriller with iconic chase scenes. Eminently rewatchable, you can tune in at any point and get sucked in. Great suspense and script, with standout performances from Ford and Jones. A near perfect movie.
